Emelia Noa is a Fayetteville native who has spent more than two decades in North Carolina real estate. She has bought, renovated, designed and sold property herself, which is a different kind of knowing than reading a market report.

Noa Executive Realty is a full service brokerage based in Fayetteville, serving Raeford, Hoke and Cumberland counties and the communities around them. We handle residential and multifamily property, investment acquisitions, land and development opportunities, distressed and REO, property management, and probate work statewide.

Emelia brings more than twenty years of experience to every file she touches. Negotiation is where that shows most plainly, in contracts written to hold and in terms that survive the parts of a deal nobody plans for.
Her work runs from property acquisitions and distressed property strategy to investment analysis, where the number that matters is rarely the asking price. She works in land and development, reading what a site can actually carry, and in commercial real estate across the Sandhills.
